Mine came with my Z06 stabilizer bar upgrade that I got from a "Gene's at Beans" sale. Watch for monthly specials in the parts section.
If you're going to go to the bother of changing the end links, might as well put on the new bars! The links come with them!!

How much do those things cost? How many labor hours would it take a shop to do it?

i paid $86 for all 4 at the dealer.. it took me about 1 hour even with cutting off one end of the endlinks.. a shop might charge you an hour or two hours of shop time.. depends.. if you have tools and a jack at home, it's pretty easy.. hope this helps
on a side note, i went for a drive today and the car feels good.. if it's possible, the steering response is quicker (turning the steering wheel side to side quickly).. the plasctic ones felt like it had a slight delay.. then again, it might just be in my head..
