The best window cleaner/again!
I have finaly found the cleaner that cleans the inside of my windows, just mix 50% H2o, 50% rubbing alcohol and a couple of drops of dish soap in 16ozs, clean with newspaper and you won't believe how well it works. and its cheap to make. I don't think I'd use it on tint film though. This may be old news to some but was new to me. I got the tip from my eyeglass's provider, its all they use at Kaiser.

Stoner Invisible Glass, available just about everywhere. I wipe off with a microfiber towel; no streaking, no marking.

Safe for tint. My wife discovered that it also works great on the granite counter tops in the kitchen.

I take windshield washer fluid, and put in in an old windex bottle. This works well for me.

Here is a nice site that gives all kinds of homemade cleaner recipes! If you buy or recycle one of those hand dispensers that make the foam from the liquid solution inside, it makes for a great foaming window cleaner dispenser, or carpet shampooer.

Great tip!
This is a formula that appeared in Consumer Reports years ago. I think their recipe also called for a tablespoon of non-sudsing amonia. It works great and you can't beat the cost. I clean my windshield almost daily and therefore go thru a lot of window cleaner. I'm going to start using this again. Thanks for the tip!
