I plan to pull my interior out in order to install heat/sound insulation underneath the entire floor, center console, under & behind seats, and rear compartment . . . On a '98 VERT.
Does anyone have a link to a thread or website with good instructions and pics showing how to remove all the various interior parts and panels?
I've tried several searches and went through the sticky's and couldn't find anything other than a lot of stuff about WHAT to use. I have the WHAT -- I need the HOW.
Most of the interior pieces just pop out..the consol is taken out with a 10mm and a 15-torx. The rest are held in by the plastic pins, and are just popped on.

To pull the shoulder belt bolt you'll need a T-50. After that I just started takeing things apart when I did my insulation project. Since I had installed a Hurst, Column Lock By-Pass, gauge bezels and re-did my seats abd had to pull them I was very familiar with taking the interior apart.
I don't believe there is a signal source for what you want but VE is a good place to start to get a grasp of the tools, tips and steps involved.

I agree that the VE site gives you great insturctions on how to remove the seats and console, etc. The rest really just pulls out. The carpet is really just tucked under the plastic trim. If you grap a corner, it just pulls out and is not glued down in any way. The carpeting is pretty much molded and cut to fit. In fact when you pull the passenger compartment carpeting it just comes out....
