Adding HUD?
Fred Bean's sells all the parts necessary for about $260 plus shipping, of course that doesn't include the special HUD windshield. But from what I have read, the HUD displays very nicely on a standard windshield. Here's his link scroll down and look for "Genuine GM HUD Setup" parts and prices - http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show...53&forum_id=53

For others who are considering this and have an 04 (I'm not sure about earlier years), you do not need to drill the holes described by Josh. There are already two bolts in place. Just gets some nuts, slide the projector on and tighten the nuts. If anyone needs the nut sizes, I can look them up for you.
This mod is a lot easier than most of you might think.

"There are 2 different HUD install scenario's.
97, 98, or early 99 C5's without the HUD enabled cluster - You will need to get a late 99+ Cluster. The only way to tell whether you have the HUD enabled cluster is to remove the one you have and look for the white connector in the very back. If it doesn't already have the HUD Switch you will have to install one and find a 11 pin harness (I have harnesses that are ready to plug and play for $45 plus shipping, email me for details) If you need a HUD enabled cluster you will have to have it programmed with your existing mileage. I've heard ~$50 to do this, but contact your dealer. You will have to drill 3 holes to mount the projector, 2 in the plastic dash support, 1 in the aluminum column support. If you use a late 99-04 cluster you will also have to move the airbag warning light located next to the fuel gauge to the location on the Tach or else the light will remain lit al the time.
Late 99-04 C5's with a HUD enabled cluster - You will need the projector, dash bezel, switch and 11 Pin from the switch to cluster. You will have to drill only 2 holes in the plastic dash support, the third is already notched out."

You are correct on your parts list. You should already have a HUD enabled cluster.
There are two holes that need to be drilled in the plastic under the dash pad for the cluster to mount to. I did not have an angle attachment but was able to use my 'rotozip' type tool to make the holes. They are not perfect but are good enough for the rubber anchor grommits to fit and tighten up. there should already e a notch out of the plastic for the third mounting point.
The HUD bezel was a mystery to me. I did not see how it could go on flush without cutting the dash pad WAY back to the edge of the bezel. I ended up cutting down some of the material on the underneath of the bezel and used some self tapping screws to attach it to the dash pad rather than the JB Weld that is suggested. It fits flush on the left side but I'm still not happy with the right side so I may end up removing it again to trim more off.
I was not able to get the screw back in which is on the left side of the defroster vent. The pad doesn't sit flush to the plastic there. It seems like the projector is keeping the dash pad pushed up just a bit there. You can't see anything from the outside but I know it's not quite right. I'm curious if anyone else has seen this or if it's just me.
Be sure to test out your projector prior to buttoning up. I tested mine but did not notice at the time that my display is just a scosh tilted to the right. I can fix this if/when I take the dash pad off to fix the bezel but honestly, neither are that bad to make me want to take it all apart again.
For the 11 pin connector I was able to dig through my PC parts drawer and find what looked like a cable to a sound card. It was 4 pins wide and fit on the switch right next to the stock 7 pin connector. If you're not this frugal/industrious you can get one from Josh.
The instructions say to remove the glove box and it's kind of a PITA. I think it's just to get to four bolts up under the dash and, if so, these can be reached without taking out the glove box.
For $260 this is well worth the effort to get the HUD!
HTH
On a related topic, before I learned of the bolts already being in the car, I went out looking for well nuts. Home Depot does not carry them. Lowes did but had a very limited supply.
Also, if you do have to drive your car with the dash out (to go to the hardware store or something), beware that you will not have turn signals. If the hazard switch is disconnected, you will not have use of your signals either. FYI.

i drilled the hole for the back
and put it in
the dashpad presses it firmly in place
its not going anywhere
no need to drill those other holes
