I'm reading 41 degrees at the vent register motoring down the highway with 95 degrees outside. The system is untouched since the factory sealed it up and charged the system in 1999. I've got 107K miles on her.

My car is a coupe but the a/c is always on down here in Alabama. I took a trip to Lake Havasu City, AZ one time and I thought my outside temp reading was way off.... it was showing 120 deg outside!! Well let me tell you the temp gauge was most certainly correct. I almost roasted when I opened the door and got out of the car. That was the hottest place I've ever been. It sure was nice and cool in the Vette though.
