Warning to all!! I am getting together a group of names, etc. That I can send to the Kentucky Attorney General to put a stop to this guy. I have read many threads in the past of people who have been mistreated, attacked verbally, and their money stolen from. I have just experienced this first hand. If my fellow forum members that have had a negative experience with PDS and Chuck Mars would take the time to send me a pm with your name and contact information so I can get this all together I would greatly appreciate it. Man...I'm surprised...Chuck seemed like such a swell guy the 3 hours he was on the forum before he got banned.

He is definite scum and I know he screwed over quite a few of you. I met him at Carlisle last year and got a bad vibe from him. I wonder if he has b@lls enough to show up there again this year?

Im just curious to ask what exactly happed to you?,, i just recently had some business with him. To me he seemed like a nice guy, but there could be two sides to him. im just looking out for myself for future business with him. Any info would be helpfull.

What a familiar name - this guy will get a perfuse beating if I EVER run across him! People who know me will tell you that I am not just running my mouth about that. Back before I started my company I was selling just the trunk mirrors for the C5's on Ebay. He emailed me and we talked on the phone. He asks me if he buys a lot of them would I give him a break. I said sure, if you buy 10 it's "this much each", 20 it's... you get the point. So he says he will buy 10, I gave him a really good price on them. At that time I was just getting started, didn't have much extra money so I had to make the 10. He then asks me if he can pay COD. I had never done COD. I asked advice from a couple people and they said if I had to, to make sure it was at least certified funds. So I did it - what a mistake! The first two times they attempted delivery he did not have the money. Finally after I called to find out WTF was going on he got the money order for the final delivery. About 3 days later he calls me and tells me 7 of the 10 mirrors are broken. I said to take pictures of them and I would replace them (although I was not happy it was my responsibility). I had sent over 100 mirror orders out prior to that order and not ONE had ever been damaged. Being new to business I also did not insure it for enough $ to cover them all. He refused to take pictures. Also said he wanted the full sets, not just the pieces. Threatened to put a stop payment on the MO. Found out you can actually do that even if it's been deposited and it stays in limbo until both parties resolve the situation through a court. GREAT! I got so fed up with this guy that I finally sent the mirrors and wrote it off with a lesson learned. Oh, and I will also NEVER, EVER take COD again. EVER

A couple months ago I met another vendor who, for some reason, brought up his name in a similar story. Since then I've heard numerous complaints on hiim. I believe this guy needs to handled. Hopefully there's some fraud charge or something we can throw at him. If you decide to go after him please contact me. I would be happy to come with you on your hunt for this dirtbag.

If you remember all my threads earlier this year about the problems I had with chuck.I finally got my money back with the help of mastercard.I'm also backing up dh305 and I encourage everyone else to step up if you had any problems with Mr. Chuck Azzhole. I alerted Carlisle about him so I hope they don't allow him there this year.We need to get rid of this scumbag! And the guy who spoke up earlier about his dealing s with Chuck, what was that? This is a good time to remind everyone to:

1. Request a credit rating yearly from someone like Transunion or Equifax. Alot of personal information has been lost by major companies in the past few months (see Time magazine or Newsweek). You will not find out that your credit has been compromised until it is too late.

2. Never give vital info like your Social Security number over the internet. Ebay has been having a problem where people recieve a real Ebay looking Email saying "your account is being shut down....please go to this link and provide updated info..." This is not from Ebay. Never give personal info through a reply email. Only supply info via the real website be it Ebay, Amazon or....
