I wouldn't buy anything from a guy named "Chuck Mars" anyway... sounds like a fake!
People can't go through Life getting away with crap... He'll get what's coming to him!
Go get him!
The name is not a fake and believe it or not his family is Mars candy !Maybe he should try selling candy bars although I wouldn't buy one. He would prob ably sell you a snickers bar and not put the nuts in it
I'm one of those CF members who recieves a questionable PM from him. I had previously tried to buy something (don't remember what). Spoke to Brian half a dozen times, to no avail. No money changed hands. I forwarded the PM to the Mods and the problem was eliminated. No longer have that PM though, sorry.
I still have my PM conversations saved, but it makes no real difference.
I've not bought, or tried to buy from him, and thus shouldn't be part of any fraud suit or allegations.
I saw his booth at Bloomington Gold. Not sure if he was one of the guys there or not. I was with a freind (fellow vette guy) who sort of assumed I'd be like a kid in a candy store seeing that display (normally I would be )..but I pulled him out of there quickly. Althogh I would have liked to have walked off with a few of the shiny goodies on display, I wouldn't ever give that guy a penny.
Thanks for the responses. Anyone can pm me with their contact information, I am getting the letters together to send to all shows and Kentucky Attorney General.
Good luck. It will only take 2-3 years for the AG. to do anything. and than the Azzhole will cut a deal. I like to use the local biker boys to collect, and leave a message for others.
