Engine Bay Detailing
Now that I don't have the dreaded OPTISpark to deal with, what
kind of fun little traps has the General built into the C5 when I
get busy under the hood. I hate a filthy engine

C5-no problems!
I use CD2. This is available as a 2 part spray can pack. Part 1 is a cleaner degreaser and part 2 is a Resin finisher. Spray cleaner then hose off and spray resin on everything! Cover alternator if you wish although I have 70k miles on mine and no problems...cover air intakes
I remove my dual K&Ns and cover with plastic bags and rubber band.
USE GARDEN HOSE..not pressure washer. I think you will like the results.
