What is a xeon headlight? Isn't that something that Intel sells?
If you meant Xenon or HID then I'd suggest the search function as there have been hundreds of posts regarding the lighting topic. I have a set of HID's in mine and they rock compared to the stock lights.

The Xenon are whiter light not necessarilly brighter. I seem to see better with them and the install is a no-brainer.... need to put some muscle to the original caps to unturn...........

HID lighting is MUCH better *IF* used correctly. Most people on this site simply install a cheap asian made HID retrofit kit that is plug and play. It may be brighter but you are not getting the full benefit from HID by placing them in a housing that is designed for a halogen bulb. Unless you are gonna go through all the work and time I did and install a set of OEM Valeo HID projectors with Philips D2S bulbs and Hella ballasts I would say just go with the e-code glass vette housings. They are available for a decent price on most corvette websites.

you wont regret putting in HIDS. plenty of places that sell them in NYC i have them on my 98 vert and they are a 100 percent improvement. though i couldnt really tell as i had them installed the day after i bought the machine
