Default How often would this happen???

Took my car to the local dealer today because the steering felt like it had a half of inch of play in it. I didn't buy the car from this dealer, they tried to sell me one but we couldn't reach an agreement. Anyway they put it up on the hoist and checked it out and found it had a loose bolt on the steering column .
I ask them what the charges were and the Maintenence Manager said ,"NO CHARGE" ,It probably took them a half hour.
I was really impressed, I guess they want my service business in the future..

A dealership service center was charitable?

Something's terribly wrong, this is definitely a sign of the Apocalypse.

So they tightened one bolt......how many do you think they loosened??
Seriously though, I hope it was a good act of charity they did, not many do that, count your blessings.
