Finally got all the stripes on last night and got the car out this evening for a bath and inspection. I found a few very tiny bubbles in the vinyl that I missed but nothing too bad. I also found a few spots on the paint where I lightly scratched with the squeegee and will have to do some buffing. Other than a few minor issues they came out looking pretty good. [Camera disclaimer: more mod money, less new camera money]
Looks great!
Those bubbles may disappear when the sun hits them.
Remember, this is still vinyl so don't buff it too much or you will damage the vinyl.

Thanks for the compliments!! Just a couple more questions, I have seen it stated that I should wait 2 to 3 weeks before waxing. I live in Arizona and the afternoon temps are around 115 degrees with literally 4% humidity. I cannot imagine there being any moisture under these stipes after just a couple of days in the oven. For this reason I want to get a couple of coats of Rejex back on as quick as possible to protect the paint. Do you think about 1 week would be acceptable? I don't want to hurry the process , just hate to have the car out being so exposed.
