i did not care for the pics............you have 1 car among many others which distracts from the one car, too much background clutter.......place a vette in a scenic surround and use that, this way your eye only needs to focus on the one car. the backgrounds you have like the yellow one with the hood up, it has telephone poles coming out of the car. if the hood is up, shoot the engine or the front of the car but shooting from the rear with the hood open breaks up the lines of the vette. hope i am not too critical here, just my .02 having shot some cars and scenes and painted landscapes...........I'm no pro but I know what I have done wrong, been there, done that.........keep trying, I admire your effort...........and I think the cars were shot in Penna...........I used to live there. Was it in Carlisle?
I appreciate your comments. The photos were taken at local shows and controlling the background distractions can be difficult. They were just a sampling of many C5 photos I have taken. Thank you for your feedback.
It's difficult to impossible to get good single shots of cars at car shows since the cars are parked so close together. if you can fill the entire frame up with the car from corner to corner, then it cuts out the other cars. Keep shooting, I have a whole box full of bad photos and the only way you get better is practice.
Will do. You're absolutely correct. They jam cars so tight together at most shows here. I try and ask owners if I can photograph their Corvettes at local parks and other scenic sites whenever possible.
