I paid 80 bucks to have 4 of them media blasted. I then had them painted gloss black and had 6 coats of high gloss clear put on them (they look freaking wet all the time), I then put a Torch Red (to march my car) 1/4 inch stripe on the outside edge, and then sanded the very outer rim, back to a polished alum. look.

Dump them!! I sold my 99's wagon wheels to a vette junkyard for $140..Bought polished Y2k's and it looks fabulous!!!.....The car now looks like an 04...
Mine are chromed, and despite my thinking about going to a ZO6 wheel all I get from anybody is... "Why... they look great"... gotta admit it... they really do !
I agree that these look great. How much did that cost if you don't mind sharing?

$100 each to sandblast and two coats of gloss black powder coat. The finish is flawless. I have a tire guy that I tip very well to mount/dismount tires.
The balance weights are stick ons (painted then black with touch up paint). The center caps are primered then several coats of gloss black spray paint.
Mine are in the basement. I replaced them with Y2K chromies as soon as I saw the newer wheel style. I just don't go for those wide spokes that hide too much of the calipers and rotors. Going to save them in the unlikely event I ever decide to sell the car and the buyer prefers the "stock" look.

Mine are in the attic - I figure I'll put them back on in 20 years and win all kinds of awards at car shows for having stock wheels!!!
