I paid 80 bucks to have 4 of them media blasted. I then had them painted gloss black and had 6 coats of high gloss clear put on them (they look freaking wet all the time), I then put a Torch Red (to march my car) 1/4 inch stripe on the outside edge, and then sanded the very outer rim, back to a polished alum. look.
They will make a great set of rims for the track, and to use, while I have my ccw's off for polishing.
I purchased mint Y2K take-offs (from a forum member in FOR SALE) for $650, then sold my wagon wheels for $350. Net cost: $300. That was 2 years ago - I think prices have come down.
i would sell them on the c5 for sale section or i would opt to get y2k polished or chrome wheels i think the wheels make or break the look of the car & to me my 02 worth the wagon wheels break the look of the c5 if not why did they change it in 00 ?

West Coast Corvettees $595.
Mid America $??
Might even try the 'C5 Parts' on this forum - Good used set should be around $400 plus shipping.
Of course $600.00 would buy you a nice set of chrome repro Y2K's off eBay. Then you can sell the Wagon's for about $250.00 if there's no curb rash.
Good luck to you
I bought a set of chrome ones off the forum for $400 and sold my silver with some rash on ebay for $150. Have a total investment of $350 after switching rubber and sensors. Pretty cheap upgrade. I like them and that is all that matters.
Mine are chromed, and despite my thinking about going to a ZO6 wheel all I get from anybody is... "Why... they look great"... gotta admit it... they really do !
