emblem placement?
Need some help....
I have to have the decklid emblem on my C5 replaced. It was stolen and then replaced by the dealer off-center and askew. Nice job!!
I have a new emblem, but I'm not 100% sure where to place it. I know it goes exactly center of the decklid, but I'm not sure how far the bottom of the center of the emblem should be from the seam with the rear bumper.
Can someone measure theirs for me and post the measurement?

Johnny, I just measured mine on my '03 coupe.
From the center of the emblem (the bottom of the oval), it's 1 11/16 to the edge of the hatch.
From the tips of the flag 'poles', it's 1 5/16.
I have 50th Anniversary emblems, so mine may be different than yours. I'm not sure what regular ones look like.
