2003 AE vette is at the dealer.
When I pull the ebrake all the way it interfers with opening the console.
Dealer says this is covered under 12 month, 12,000 miles, and since I am beyond 12 months they will be charging me 1/2 to 3/4 hour labor.
They say to fix it they need to remove calipers... but that since the ebrake is working correctly they will not cover it under the warranty.
anyone have opinions on this?

While I've addressed this at the dealer, I'm inclined to call BS. Mine would clear when new, and over time it's gotten closer. I just chalked it up to the crappy hinges on the door loosening over time as I don't think the ebrake handle is any higher. Guess we'll see what they say on the next visit.
