Confusing CLB Installation Info --HELP
I think I figured it out. Seems like there are 2 methods to perform the CLB install. Method 1 - Leave key out of ignition during entire installation process and use the cigarette lighter 'do-dad' to unlock the column.
Method 2 - Have key in ON position. When this releases the column, pull fuse 25 and continue with installation.
Do I have this right? Is one method better than the other?

If your lock is stuck in the locked position when the ignition is on, the cord will be of no help.

well I'm doing mine tonight, I'm I'm not locked up yest, so I dont shouldnt have to worry about that.
