Any blackwing installation tips?
Just bought a new blackwing from Corvette Central(ebay auction) for $185.00+ shipping.
Any one know of any tricks to the installation that make the blackwing perform better? Installing in a 1998 C5.

It's pretty straight forward install ...
Just make sure it's not over oiled or it'll get on the MAS wires and you're gonna have fun with codes, A/F ratio mess up well.
I've heard some BW's have arrived with the oil dripping off.
Mine was okay ... never had a problem.

When you're done do the idle relearn procedure. Drop the negative battery terminal off for 15 minutes, then put it back and start the engine with everything off, including AC, and let it idle for 5 minutes. Then turn on AC for 1 minute and you're good to go.
