I heard about this from another member. His was stolen in a hotel parking lot. The pic showed only the glue in the shape of the emblem.
This is one of my big fears when I park at the Ferry parking lot. I dont care that my chrome tires caps are taken its that emblem that worries me more.

I saw a fullsize Chevy truck the other day with C5 emblems stuck on the front fenders. My immediately thought was "there is no way that guy went into a dealer and bought those".

I found a used one on ebay. What are the chances that one was stolen too? I think I will buy from a dealer instead of a stealer. Wait, are they the same thing? 
Anyway, I'm pretty pissed and could have killed the dude if I caught him. Probably a good thing I didn't.

for such a low cost item, get it from your local chevy dealer where you don't pay shipping charges unlike you would pay if you bought from Ebay or an out of state dealer.
Remember others maybe a little cheaper but you have to add the shipping charges.
