C5 Sensor leads at passenger side header?
After checking a number of items, by nothing more than dumb luck (given a pinch, it's FAR better to be lucky than smart) I saw a connector dangling beside the passenger side header. It seemed odd that it would be sitting that close to a (normally) hot surface, so I moved it slightly out of the way. After checking a number of other items, on my next attempt at the ignition, and the vehicle started without a problem.
Roughly a week later, the same thing happened. The car refused to start, plenty of power... I popped the hood, checked the connector to ensure it was away from the header, and she started right up.
Obviously there's not a good contact in this connector (otherwise simply bumping it would not suddenly enable it to start)... my question is... does anyone have a CLUE what this portion of the wiring harness connects to? There are two connectors about three inches apart. A cursory examination from BELOW the car reveals there are actually two connectors. One is anchored to the underside of the body, and the other (which I was so freely moving) was likewise anchored once upon a time (but the plastic anchor apparently became brittle and broke)...
Before I begin screwing around with replacing the connector, it would be nice to know what they are attached to..
Thanks in advance for any useful information.
