Finally. Dynatech Supermaxx are on.
Had it done professionally at my wife's urging...(My birthday present)
Also installed the Elite Engineering Abs of Aluminum
I had both the Tunnel plate and headers ceramic coated, the idea was to try and keep the heat inside the headers and out of the passenger compartment. (We also have emmission testing here and we need the heat inside for the cats to light up.)
Guess what! It worked, inside is noticeably cooler.
The Supermaxx headers and Z06 muffler makes for a wonderful combination.
Absolutely no resonance inside the car at cruising speeds and the most awesome sound at WOT
I let Stockman drive it part way home so I could get a good look at all 4 wheels/Tires you should have seen the permagrin
on his face.
Dropped no codes so far, the only issue was with the location of the rear O2 sensors, really close to the Tunnel plate. I have to let Dynatech know of this issue.
If any one is thinking of doing this mod I highly recommend it.

My Dynatech Supermax headers are scheduled to arrive Fri. I will be having them ceramic coated, looking at Jet-Hot in Arizona. Did you find a good place to have them coated any closer to Vancover? Did you need to get a tune after install?

Congrats on the install
I love my Dynatechs, noticable gain in power/torque , but I am still going to eventually tune the car to get the max power out of the headers.
Good call on the Ceramic Coating..I used Jet-Hot and would recommend them, and doing this to anyone, really helps on the heat and looks awesome
Cost is about 279.00 for the header pipes.
Here are pics of mine before the install, and after I got them coated, they are sitting next to the section I did not have coated so you can see the difference even before I put them on the car!
