Z06 Air Conditioning Issues...??
I seem to have an issue with my air conditioning in my 04 Z06. When I accelerate, even moderately, the temp goes from cold to warm very quickly. I have been told in the past that on hard acceleration the air compressor will kick off so that the power can be directed to the engine, but my car seems to be doing this excessively. Under normal driving the air blows cold, but when I accelerate even a small amount the air goes warm.
Anyone experience this issue? Is it normal or do I have a problem?

Take it in and have it checked. Sounds to me like it's building too much or too little pressure (or at least it thinks it is) and is shutting off.
Could be a few things. Let your warranty take care of it.

Thanks Guys! I'm going in for service soon anyway so I will have it checked out then. Just wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this issue.
