Door unlock problem.

Door unlock problem.
When I hit unlock button the driver side doesn't unlock. The locking part works fine but the latch doesn't move back on the driver door. Is this a common issue and time to spend some money at the dealer?

I had the problem on my drivers door. Took it in and had the door lock module replaced under warranty.
I'm now having similar, although intermittent problems with the passenger door. I tried a relearn with the key fobs which seems to have improved things so far. I'll see how we go but it may be another trip to the dealer.
