Sticky Tires
Bought CCW rims with Perelli PZERO tires. Vette stays in A/C garage.
When I go to take it out, tires are ugly and gooey needing cleaning.
Has anyone else experienced this? This is the side walls.

If the tires are new, it could be that they are simply sweating out some of the manufacturing chemicals. It may or may not stop after you have a few miles on them. My Firestone Firehawks have a nice, clean shine to them even though they are four years old. However, my Goodyear Supercars have a similar film on them as yours and they are only three years old. If you use a good tire dressing, your tires may stay looking good for a longer period of time.
