I saw this posted 2 weeks ago but the only answer I read was to clean out the horn. Is there any other reason the sound of the horn would be getting softer? I also thought I read that there were actually 2 horns (treble and bass) on the car, is that correct?
I have also been thinking about getting a set up that has different horn sounds and even allows you to record a sound. I remember many years back someone had a set up like this on their car (not a vette). Has anyone heard of a product like this and if so how would you go about installing it?
My steering wheel contact is non-existant, since I can't beep anyone any more. My horn sounds fine when I activate the alarm. Is yours weak both ways (steering wheel and alarm activation)?

Mostly I have noticed it while activating the alarm. I had to honk at someone the other day and it sounded fine, but last week it sounded weak. From that it is intemitant from the steering wheel but getting weaker using the fob to set the alarm. This doesn't make any sense.
not that u offended me or anythin, but i wear a hearing aid in my right year, i was born with it, but please just dont make remarks or jokes about people who may or may not wear hearing aids.....
