Make sure you use industrial strength Velcro. You can get it at Home Depot or the like. Patches has some great pics of how it is done so do a search...
I used the "hook" (rough) side of the Velcro on the fascia and the "loop" (soft) side ont eh screen bezels so as not to scratch the paint installing them. Use a sheet of cardboard between the mates to position the bezels to prevent them from locking before you're ready. When in place, slip the cardboard out and they are locked into place. Shove the cardboard between the mates to remove the bezels to access the foglights. I bought industrial-strength Velcro at Lowe's.
