Is Plastic Great Or What?
Saturday I was backing my black vert out of a McDonald's parking slot off I95 when another car decided to back out on top of me. I couldn't move and watched in slow motion while honking horn to no avail as the other car clipped me behind the right rear wheel.
I tried to stay cool as I got out of car. After the other car pulled forward, I looked to determine damage. There was none! Not even a scratch.
I should have bought a lotto ticket.

May this be one reason insurance is reasonable of these cars?
p.s.-compare an 04 corvette v.s. a 04 Mitsubishi Evolution VIII @ geico.com and see what I'm talking about

That was your lucky day. Glad there was no damage. I probably would have died, or killed the other driver before I realized there was no damage.

I just had a pick up truck back over the hood of mine on Friday. Very little body damage - but hood, nose, quarter panel needs painting and a headlight door needs replacing. Glad to hear yours didn't sustain any damage.

You're a cool guy! I don't know how I would have reacted if someone backed into my car.

That composite is definitely a high quality product. Sounds like it is your lucky day!
