Hmmm, if you fill in the rear indents, the front indents and the airbag indents... sand the caliper letters and the airbridge emblem... remove the front emblem and the rear emblem... fill in the steering wheel emblem and the hood liner emblem...
I took mine off only to put a nice NEW one in it's place... I need to do the front one as well... but for somereason it wasn't as bad...
Love the emblems and need to get a battery cover and put one on there too!!
Take the emblems off?? No way!!!
Seriously TruUndrtkr, if you like it, cool. It's your car and you can do as you wish, huh? If all of our cars were identical, it wouldn't be much fun now would it?? Rock on dude!!

Anybody want to buy some emblems? BTW, rear only ... front emblems have positioning pegs ... If you don't know it's a Vette without the emblems ... you need to get out more often.
Removing the emblems, shaving the door handles and filling in the Corvette Script on a fiberglass rear fascia are all on my to-do list.
The rear fascia is plastic, not fiberglass... My buddy had his filled in and it looks great! Why not relocate the gas cap and REALLY go for a shaved look... Is that possible?

If you have the CASH.... ANYTHING is possible...
Notice how the reflection in the pic shows a "flags type" figure about where it should be on the rear deck... Is that a "ghost image" Or just the flags banner you have in your garage on the opposite wall...

I'm going to be installing a Specter Werkes fiberglass fascia.
As for the gas door, too much work for such a little return on looks. And behind the license plate it too low, where else could it go to put it out of sight? I have thought about relocating it, I haven't come up with a solution, let alone an easy one.

My opinion is it's very good to do, because you will make the car lighter weight by saving a couple of oz., & also more aerodynamic. Your car will be much faster .
