Active Handling without Traction Control
When I hit the switch for active handling and traction control their is no option to choose one or the other. Does Active handling and Traction control work together, and cannot be disabled one at a time?

Press and hold the button for 10 seconds, Competition Mode is enabled.
In Competition Mode, TC is OFF but AH is still on.

My question is are you sure that you have Active Handling? It was an option in 99, and the button looks the same whether you have AH/TC or just TC. Do you have RPO code JL4 on the sticker?

Yeah, if you have the JL4 code on the sticker in your glovebox, then you got it..
Also being a pre-2001 model, you will need to be completely stopped, then hold the button down to enter competitive mode. You cant do it when moving..

Does it stay in competative mode, or do I have to enable it everytime I start the car?
