WOW !! I wish it only cost me fity bucks!! My truck is $70 per tank and don't have the Vette yet, but at $3.31 I saw today at he local station for regular no lead, it wont be cheap either!! I hate L.A. sometimes!!

gas here finally hit 2.99 9/10 today but i hope not many bought it . but i know you have to have it . i stopped yesterday and filled up. had a guy ask me is that a vette , then proceed to ask how i could afford to put gas in it . i asked him what kind of gas mileage he got out of hie piece of s$&t ford farm truck said it got about 13 or 14 . so i told him my vette got anywhere from 26 to 30 . his jaw hit the ground and he said better off driving a veete then. i agreed

Do any of you honestly think that isn't true?? How much money do you think our leader, friends and family have made since his second term began.. Oil is up 30 percent.

You're right. The fact that we Americans are gluttons driving around to work in large SUV's with only 1 passenger, has nothing to do w/ it. I guess some people always have to blame others to make themselves feel better.
How many people do you know drives a vehicle that gets more than 20mpg city? I don't know of very many. Gluttons I tell you gluttons.
I drive a 4cyl Galant to work that gets me 22mpg in city. I save the Vette for weekends, where I take the freeway and get an average of 28+mpg. At 90mph, my car is barely at 2k rpms. I love it.
