Default passive lock

I recently changed the batteries in my key fobs, and now I can't get the fobs into passive mode, no matter what I dowith the slide switches.
Any ideas as to something stupid I have overlooked. Fobs work fine otherwise.

That little passive switch can be pretty sensitive when taken apart. I had a fob that would not come out of passive mode after changing the battery

I would take it apart and try to put it back together. Make sure that it is set with the passive mode slider the opposite of what it will not do. Ex. If it will not go into passive mode then make sure that the slider is set to "passive off" when putting it back together.

I hope that works for you.

Like jedicowboy said, the switch is very temperamental.
I just had mine apart the other day and when I opened it the switch fell out. Make sure you have it seated properly before reassembling.
I remember I had to do the resynch where you hold the lock & unlock buttons down until the horn sounds. I know you said the remotes are working fine but I think the resynch resets the remote.
When you are changing the passive switch from on to off or vice versa you must stand next to the car, slide the switch to off and then walk far enough away from the car so you are out of range before sliding it back to on.
