Here in California, Cal Trans, an organization known and revered for it's brilliance, is doing it differently...

They are fitting all of our deer with car repellants!

Right! And they need to be cleaned, too. One smooshed bug stops the flow through the small opening!

au contraire!!!!! deer repellants are indeed particularly effective at reaching into the buyer's wallet for absolutely nothing. i'd call that an ingenious marketing strategy. bub
