So, who's headed to Effingham next weekend?
Some old and new news about this huge event (over 10,000 Corvettes there last year).

For those were in the forum parking area last year, you will be pleased to know the helicopter location has moved, and we have also been assured the celebrity judges will see our cars this year.
Also, just announced:
Roscoe will be hosting a forum charity bbq at the Econo Lodge hotel starting at 6pm Fri night. Smoked prime rib and turkey sandwiches...all donations and proceeds going to forum members affected by hurricane Katrina.
The hotel address is 1600 W. Fayette Av. Exit 159. Click here for a map
You CI veterans know all about Roscoe's cooking. It's unfortunate Mid America wouldn't allow this to happen at the show, but for those who are in town Fri night, don't miss it!
I'll be there Thurs-Sun, hope to see a lot of you there.

That event will be a blast I've had Mid-America's catalogs for almost a year now and just noticed this event advertisement. Hell if they have 10K Vettes attending, it would be worth flying to IL. I'll definitely keep this one in mind for next year
