Interior fuse access, Dumb ?
I'm sure this is a dumb question, But I have to ask it.
I tried removing the pass. foot well panel to get to the fuses. I flipped the levers on the panel and it will not budge. Is there a trick to getting the panel off ? I don't want to force it.

I didn't have any problems with mine. It's a tight fit though, so you might have to wiggle it around until it loosens.
