Why are some of you saying he is lucky that the dealer is taking care of something they screwed up? People that think that way and just settle for subpar service is the reason for the sh!tty service we get today.

I'm sick of people patting some shop on the back and saying the shop went above and beyond just because they actually conducted business they way it should be conducted.

In some cases some shops do take really good care of their customers and their cars and do go above and beyond, it gets old when someone acts like they hit the lottery because they got an oil change and the lube tech didn't spill any oil on their car.

The bottom line here is that too many people are too passive and take what service they are given and don't speak up when the dealer or who ever screws up and then the dealer or who ever thinks that when they do something the way it should be done that they are doing you a favor when in turn they are doing what they should in the first place.

Remember the customer is always right!

OK time for me to jump off my 10' tall soapbox.
