This is a viable article, but it isn't going to result in a very big HP gain. I doubt that it can really offer much more than 5-10 hp. It's major advantage is overcooming the drag of airflow through the intake passages. It might create at most 1/4 psi of boost and that is about 1/60th of the engine's base HP and that assumes no heating of the air that would normally be intercooled by better charger systems. 1/60th of 350 is a little over 5 hp. If that is worth $85 bucks and fiddling around with wiring to power the motor, then go for it.
