Mid America sells individual lug nut caps. Grey $4.99 and chrome for $2.99 each. See www.mamotorworks.com I'm sure other vendor have them available.
If you can't match what you have you may have to buy a whole set.

I also lost one off of mine. Went to the local Chevy dealer and they had them in stock. Think it was 7 dollars or so. Probably cheaper than vendors due to the fact of shipping charges.

I lost a gray cap on my ’01 polished wheel. The local Chevy dealer had them in stock. $3.87 each and you don’t have to pay shipping.

Put a dab of clear fingernail polish on the threads when screwing them on. This will keep them in place, but still allow you to easily twist them off with a tire tool if you need to change tires.

Considering shipping costs and all, your local dealer may be the best place to find/buy just one.

Just be aware that 2 slightly different colors (gray and argent) of caps were used over the C5 years. (Argent is a shade of gray.) Gray caps (GM Part #14102345) were used for model years '97 through '99. Argent caps (GM Part #9593229) were used beginning with model year '00. I don't know if the part numbers above are the latest, but your dealer should be able to help you find the right one.

Good luck.

I've been able to get replacement lug nut caps from my dealer. Sometimes had them in stock, sometimes had to order. Usually took just a couple of days to get them if they had to be ordered.

An easy part to order from any local dealer, but, are usually in stock, anyway. Say, the clear nail polish tip sounds helpful. Thanks for sharing.

Why not get rid of them and get some chrome GORILLA locked ones? They look great!
