May have to modify it a bit if you have a different type plate but the concept is the same.
Oh, and as the others have said the tape that comes with the plate is more than strong enough to keep it in place until you want to remove it. (Removal is another topic.

I put the 50th flag plate on my car 2 years ago and 24k. I followed directions, cleaned the area carefully with alchol and then as the above posts say get it right the first time with a level cause it sticks hard and fast.
