Does anyone make....
A front license plate cover that fills in the nasty area around the plate, but also includes a smoked glass bubble over the plate.
I dont like the look of the white HI plate on the front of the car but if there was a filler type cover with the smoked bubble on it. That would be cool.

I've never seen a smoked one. You could however try this clear one.

I've seen some members take a clear plastic cover (available at Ecklers, Mid-America, etc) and then tape off and paint a portion to match the car color. Looks pretty good.
