It is Electron Blue look at the badging it a Z06 and as the others said the darker car is an 04 Lemans Blue plus his license plate say Last C5.
Plus I would get these colour confused since I own a Navy Blue Metallic vette and I also know the owner of the two vettes in the pictures I posted.

Thanks
I traded in my Electron Blue for a Lemans Blue. It was a very tough decision. The Lemans Blue is definately darker. The Electron Blue is just a little bit lighter and stands out a little bit more when you see it coming down the road. Got my last ticket in that one!

I have to agree with you! Seriously, I think all the blues are beautiful (except Nassau - no offense)

Blues are a great color on a Corvette!!! I loved electron blue because of the "range". I have seen them look really dark and really light depending on the light. I really haven't seen LeMans blue like that until these photos, damn fine color!!!

When I was in the National Corvette Homecoming show this year I had several people come up and talk about how they loved the color and wanted to know what it was called.

WOW, thanks for all the pictures, especially the one at the museum. I think my question has been answered about the differences in EB and LMB. Thanks again...
