Most people say it'd only take a pro about ten seconds to freeze and shatter a Club. Based on that number, and the number you provided, a Club more than doubles the protection against theft, and why I use one. If anything, it just makes the car more of a hassle to steal, and makes it more likely for the thief to choose another vehicle to steal.
