We have the same problem too. Only difference is, the H2O doesn't hit the rear speakers, but you still get it all the way across the carpet. It will also dump on amps, etc if you have it/them. Patches suggested a piece of the (side) hood-seal weatherstripping, since it has the correct shape. Problem is, it's kinda pricey.
