With the directions provided by Corsa, anyone with 0% mechanical skills can do the install in 1 hour. All you need is a good torque wrench, a lift and some calibrated eyeballs. Good luck.
I would say it depends, on if you want to keep your stock Ti exhaust in 1 piece or have em cut. I didn't want mine cut, since they're Ti and worth money. My exhaust guy unbolted the rear sway bar to sneak the Ti's out in 1 piece. And installed the Corsa's and a WCC Tru-X Pipe, tacked the mufflers to the pipes so they would become mis-aligned, for $80. It took about an hour or so.
OK. I like to do this kind of stuff myself. And I hate to pay for something I can do myself.
Corsa's being delivered today.
If I didn't use a lift, can I still get the job done? How about putting car up on jack stands at highest setting?
If you're willing to cut your stock exhaust all you need is a set of rihno ramps. Back your car up on them, cut the over the axle pipe, and install your corsas. Do it this way and you won't even have to drop your sway bar.
I also called a dealer and was told would take 3-4 hours @ 90.00 per
-took to a garage recommended by local forum and had corsa indy and x pipe done for 170.00

I did my own in about 2 1/2 hours. No lift, just a jack and jackstands. Easy bolt-on... This is a Borla install, but no different for Corsa and offered some good tips. http://www.97vette.com/howto/mufflers/index.html
