Yes. There should be a **** so that you can adjust this feature to your liking. It should be on your volume control ****, an outer ring that you can turn up or down to compensate more or less for speed. I think it's called speed compensation volume (SCV). Check your manual also.

The owners manual states with SCV, your audio system adjusts automatically to make up for road and wind noise as you drive. Set the volume at the desired level. Turn the control ring beind the upper **** clockwise to adjust the SCV. Then, as you drive, SCV automatically increases the volume as necessary to overcome noise at any particular speed. The volume level should always sound the same to you as you drive.
