Water leak somewhere?

Water leak somewhere?
Well i just picked up my 2000frc and after this nice rain storm i have some dampness near the back of the head liner and down the right side of the drivers seat. I think its the rear window seal but does anybody have any outher ideas where this could be coming from before i have the rear window resealed. Thanks Steve
