Problem is my DIC says that my hatch is ajar but it's DEFINITELY NOT. I checked and made sure that the wiring harnesses are plugged into both latches and no fuses are blown. Anyone have any ideas?

Not sure, but maybe there is a faulty sensor in the back that tells the computer that the hatch is open or closed. Perhaps someone like Patches has an answer.
The hatch is definitely 100% closed. The car has been sitting in my garage with the targa off and the windows down. I even closed it then pushed on it some more in the corners to make sure it was down and it still says hatch ajar.
I feel kind of dumb but I got it fixed. I just got my car back from the body shop and appearantly the body man moved the left side latch so that the hatch would line up with the bumper and quarter. Well when he did that, the latch only clicked once appearing to be shut (didnt realize that it clicks twice to close). So I got it adjusted and all is well. Thanks anyway for everyone's suggestions and help. I'm sure more crap will come up so be on the look out.
