Do you do the install yourself? If not, bring it back to the installer

I believe those codes are slow switching O2's.
I have the same code after my dynatech header/exhaust install.
Probrably caused by the lower restriction and cooler 02 temps.
I am planning to get the PCM fine tuned and hoping that will be the fix.

Get the rear O2s deleted in your tune. It's because the cats do not always get hot enough to light off.

Lots of misdirection in this thread, but heres the truth. That is a code from the front 02s. The rears have not-a-thing to do with it, they are self heated. The front O2s are not self heated and are normally closer to the heads. Moving them farther down stream has casued them to lose heat. This has caused a slow reaction on them.

Ive heard of several fixes for this. One is to replace the front 02s with sensors from the rear. youll need to get an adapter to splice into the wire or find an adapter that will do it. This will make the front 02s self heated units. Ive read of this fixing the problem sometimes.

The other solution is to get them tuned out.

I had the same problem, (same headers) on my 03. I wrapped the lower part of the headers (that I could reach from below) and the front 02's with header wrap. I used to get the codes every 10th start, now only once in about 100 starts.

Make sure you didn't cross the O2 connections. I have read that as a problem as well.
