break in method
Got some new AC Delco ceramic pads. They did not come with any instructions on how to seat them properly during break-in. Anyone know what is recommended for the ceramics? Thanks lots in advance.

5 sets of 5 run down from 60 to 10 with cooling in between. Make sure when you are cooling the pads and rotors that you are driving the car, not letting it set to cool down.
Ceramics heat cycle way better than std pads, so it is not as big of an issue really.
I like to think that it is more sync the pads to the rotors...
