Default what is this???

I've been having problems with my turn signals working lately. When I checked the fuse/relay box I found a jumper wire between 2 fuses (I have a picture). Is this a stock item? I just got this 'Vette a few months ago & turn signals only work about 50% of the time. Just wondering if anyone else has this on their car.

I don't mind looking on my car, what year is yours? Let me know where this jumper wire is and in which fuse panel (under hood or in footwell) and I'll go check on mine. For the record I haven't had any problems with my directionals.

It's in the passenger footwell (2001 Z06). I took a picture, not sure how to post it. Maybe I could e-mail it to you.

Theres a mod to disable the DRLs by putting a jumper wire between 2 relays (38 and 40) in the passenger footwell fuze box.

Maybe its this thats been done?

I can send you a summary of the mod if you want to PM me.

I'm not sure how to tell what # the jumpered terminals are. I need to add the picture to my post. I'll try again. Thanks!

Well I just went out and checked on my car, and there are no jumper wires between anything on the footwell fuse panel. I also (because it's dark out) pushed the alarm button by accident and scared the crap out of myself and my neighbors. That's fun, I'm still recovering.....

thanks for looking, I'm checking my factory service manual for info. I suspect it's a power lead to something no longer in the car.
