Need some quick help! How easy to replace rocker panel?

Is this lower rocker panel replaceable, or is ittied into something else?

they are about $150 new from gm dealer if you have an account, not easy to replace, there a few that have done it on the forum, i saw some threads recently, bottom line--not worth over a little chunck, the work will never be on par w/ factory

i'm going to assume this is a potential car you are looking to buy; you won't be able to see that broken piece, you will have to get on the ground and look up

I have one kinda like that but mostly fender... you can't see that unless you're laying down looking under the car. The rockers are bonded (glued) the the frame rail and must be chissled off, then the rail cleaned, then re-bond the new one.
